You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused
  • the item must be in its original condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required

Items that show signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@corviko.com with:

  • your order number
  • the email used at checkout
  • the reason for the return
  • clear photos or videos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps. Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from CORVIKO Customer Care.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees, when applicable, may not be refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may refuse returns if:

  • the item has been used
  • the item is not in its original condition
  • the item is returned without its original packaging
  • the request is made outside the return window
  • the item shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery
