Use this page to understand how CORVIKO order tracking works, when tracking information is sent, and what to do if your tracking update is delayed.

How Order Tracking Works
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been processed and tracking information becomes available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
You receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
Your order is prepared within 1–3 business days.
Tracking is emailed when it becomes available.
When Will I Receive Tracking?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
When tracking information is available, it will be sent by email. Tracking may not appear immediately after the email is sent because carriers may need additional time to update their systems.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery is usually 5–15 business days. Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier conditions, location, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Processing time and delivery time are separate. Total order time includes both order processing and delivery after shipment.
I Did Not Receive a Tracking Email
If you have not received tracking information yet, please check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder first.
If your order was placed recently, it may still be within the 1–3 business day processing window. If more than 3 business days have passed and you have not received an update, contact CORVIKO Customer Care at contact@corviko.com.
Tracking Has Not Updated
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives shipment information. It is common for tracking to remain unchanged for a short period while the package is moving through the carrier network.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we will review the order information with you.
Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Did Not Receive It
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, front desk, or the carrier.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact CORVIKO Customer Care and include your order number, tracking number, and delivery address used at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has already shipped. CORVIKO is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
