Free U.S. shipping on every order. No minimum purchase. No import fees.

Shipping cost and destinations

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is displayed at checkout. You will not be charged import duties or import-related fees for delivery of your order. If a carrier requests an import payment, please contact us before paying it.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days from the date of your order. This total includes order processing and transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If you are ordering for a time-sensitive trip, please consider this total delivery window before placing your order. Contact us if you need help assessing whether the estimated timing fits your plans.

Tracking your order

When shipment information is available, you can check your shipping confirmation email or order status page for updates. See Track Your Order for instructions. If an order is shipped in more than one parcel, updates may be provided separately for each parcel.

Shipment delays

If we expect your order to arrive outside the estimated delivery window, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the revised shipping timing or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

If an order is already in transit and appears delayed, lost, or incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Delivery address changes

Please check your address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether a change is still possible before dispatch.
