Orders and Shipping
Where does CORVIKO ship?
CORVIKO currently ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. There is no minimum order value required for free standard shipping.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
How long does delivery take?
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is usually 5–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, location, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@corviko.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has already shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, tags, or inserts when applicable.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
How do I request a return?
Contact CORVIKO Customer Care at contact@corviko.com within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send any item back before contacting us.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are reviewed after an eligible return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds to your account.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@corviko.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the situation and help resolve it according to our policies.

An automatic belt uses an adjustable buckle system instead of traditional belt holes. This allows a cleaner look and more flexible fit adjustment.

Are product colors exactly the same as the photos?
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing variation.
