At CORVIKO, refunds are handled according to the condition of the item, the timing of the request, and the details of the order. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are reviewed, approved, and processed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for eligible items that are returned within 30 days after delivery and meet the conditions described in our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, tags, or inserts when applicable.

Return Inspection

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return conditions. After the inspection is complete, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If the item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be rejected.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

After a refund is issued, it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the funds to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

CORVIKO offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders. If a customer pays any additional shipping charges or optional shipping services in the future, those shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by a CORVIKO error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@corviko.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, return label, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

Refunds for undeliverable orders may be reviewed case by case after the package is returned and inspected, when applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the shipping carrier.

CORVIKO is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery. If you still need help, contact us and we will review the situation with you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@corviko.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped. If cancellation is approved before processing or shipment, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that a refund was issued but have not received it yet, please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the posting process.

If several business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, contact your payment provider first. If you still need assistance, contact CORVIKO Customer Care.

Refunds are only processed after an eligible return is approved or after a qualifying issue has been reviewed by CORVIKO Customer Care.
