At CORVIKO, we aim to keep shipping clear, reliable, and simple. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long order processing takes, estimated delivery times, and what to expect after placing an order.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders

Order processing: 1–3 business days

Where We Ship

CORVIKO currently ships orders only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. There is no minimum order value required to receive free standard shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

During peak periods, promotional events, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is usually 5–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions, location, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please note: processing time and delivery time are separate. The total estimated time for an order includes both order processing and delivery after shipment.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please review your shipping address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. CORVIKO is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment when possible. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and final delivery handling may depend on the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the carrier first.

Shipping Delays

While we work to ship orders within the stated processing time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.

We will review the information and help resolve the issue according to our return and refund policies.
