This Order Cancellation Policy explains when a CORVIKO order may be canceled, how to request a cancellation, and what happens if an order has already entered processing or shipped.

How to Request an Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact CORVIKO Customer Care as soon as possible at contact@corviko.com.
Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Your full name
- A clear request to cancel the order
Cancellation Is Not Guaranteed
We will make reasonable efforts to review cancellation requests quickly. However, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, has been prepared for shipment, or has already shipped.
Because orders may move into processing soon after payment is confirmed, it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
If an order has already entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under our Return Policy.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, in original condition, and meet our return requirements.
Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
After a refund is issued, your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
Incorrect Order Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before completing checkout, including product selection, quantity, shipping address, billing information, and contact information.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
CORVIKO is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Orders Canceled by CORVIKO
CORVIKO reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including cases involving payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect information, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or violation of our policies.
If CORVIKO cancels an order after payment has been captured, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
