At CORVIKO, we want every customer to shop with confidence. This Return Policy explains when an item may be returned, how to request a return, and what conditions apply.
Return window: 30 days after delivery
Return area: United States orders only
Item condition: Unused, unworn, and in original condition
Return shipping: Paid by the customer, except for defective, incorrect, or damaged items

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered. To be eligible, your item must meet the return conditions described below.
Return requests made after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- Returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags, or inserts when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items That May Not Be Accepted for Return
We may be unable to accept a return if the item:
- Has been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Is missing original packaging, accessories, or included items
- Was returned without prior authorization from CORVIKO Customer Care
- Was sent back after the 30-day return window
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact CORVIKO Customer Care at contact@corviko.com within 30 days after delivery.
Please include the following information in your message:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CORVIKO is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
After reviewing your request, we will help resolve the issue according to our return and refund policies. In eligible cases involving defective, incorrect, or damaged items, CORVIKO may cover the return shipping cost or provide another appropriate resolution.
Return Inspection
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, the refund process will begin according to our Refund Policy.
If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, the return may be rejected.
Exchanges
At this time, the fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@corviko.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
