This Warranty Policy explains how CORVIKO reviews product issues related to manufacturing defects, damaged items, incorrect items, and normal use.
Our goal is to provide clear support when a product arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, while also setting fair expectations for everyday wear and customer care.
Covered issues: Eligible manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or damage upon arrival
Report window for arrival issues: Within 7 days of delivery
Return window: 30 days after delivery for eligible unused items

Product Issue Review
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact CORVIKO Customer Care within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate resolution according to our policies.
Depending on the issue, eligible resolutions may include a replacement, return instructions, refund review, or another appropriate solution.
What May Be Covered
Eligible product issues may include:
- An item that arrives visibly damaged
- An item that arrives defective before use
- An incorrect item sent by mistake
- A missing item from the order, when verified
- A manufacturing defect confirmed after review
What Is Not Covered
This Warranty Policy does not cover issues caused by:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidental damage
- Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, chemicals, or harsh conditions
- Scratches, marks, creases, or cosmetic changes from everyday handling
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications made after delivery
- Damage caused by incorrect storage or improper use
- Personal preference, fit preference, or change of mind after use
How to Report a Product Issue
To report a defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing item, email us at contact@corviko.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable
- A photo of the shipping label or package if the issue is related to delivery or incorrect item
Review Process
After we receive your request, CORVIKO Customer Care will review the information provided. We may ask for additional photos or details to better understand the issue.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund. Each request is reviewed based on the order details, product condition, photos provided, timing of the request, and applicable policies.
Returns and Refunds
Warranty-related reviews may involve our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery when they meet our return conditions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
Product Care
To help preserve your CORVIKO accessories, avoid excessive moisture, prolonged heat exposure, harsh chemicals, overloading wallets or card holders beyond their intended capacity, and improper storage.
Use each product according to its intended purpose and review the product page details before purchase.
CORVIKO reviews product issues fairly and carefully so customers receive support when an item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged.
